My family and I enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Sozopoli Hawaii Beach house - everything in the house brand new and stylish. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful garden with three different places to sit and rest. We used the barbeque and had meals in the garden. The house is 1 min walk to the beach and the seaside is super for small kids and dogs :)

Everything was perfect. May be this is our best vacation ever. The house is only 20steps to sandy beach. Thr owner Anastasia is so nice and thanks a lot for quick replies of all our questions. The house is equipped with all you can imagine. There was and many bottled water and a big bag of charcoals foe free. There are sun beds, umbrella and sun chair which you can take to the beach. We found a perfect palm trees near the house and shadow was perfect for our baby. There are mosquito nets on all windows and etry door so you can hear sounds of wind through the night on open window. There are two bathrooms - one is in the house ans second is outer which is ok for dining ot of house(on BBQ or terrace) or after beach.

“Beautiful place”

Really nice house,close to the beach and not in a touristic area.Everything was perfect,we had everything we needed and the host is really nice. It’s pet friendly,our Labrador really enjoyed the garden! I would recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves from your room.

The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and lots of additional amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels...). The house was clean and neat. The garden was beautiful with enough shade and lots of seating areas that was perfect for relaxing. We liked the additional outside bathroom with shower that we used when returning from the beach. The property is fenced all around, which was perfect for our dog. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the sea. The sandy beach was not crowded and perfect for small children. The nearby hotel has a good restaurant and there is also a small market for daily purchases. Overall it was a great stay and perfect place for a relaxed holidays.

Everything you want for a relaxing holiday, even more. The house is equipped with everything you need for both a short and a longer vacation. Very clean and 1 min away from a quiet and unpopular beach. We would definitely visit again.

“Excellent place for a comfortable and relaxed vacation”

The place offers a comfortable stay with virtually everything you need to feel as at home. The house is located very close to the beach, second line, just 30 meters walk and you are there. The owner provides a beach umbrella and sunbeds/chairs. You can enjoy the nice garden and the barbecue.

The house is very nice, it has all the amenities you need. Also the yard and terrace are nice to eat, drink and relax. Anastasia was nice and communicative. The location was very nice, close to the beach. Right in front of the house there are some rocks in the water, but we went about 50 to the right and there it was great, no rocks. The beach is sandy and the water is great - it is a lean entry in the water so the kids could play in the small water. There are also a few rocks on the beach but there is no need for slippers, it is nice to walk barefooted. The kids enjoyed throwing the rocks in the water. The host provided us with sunbeds and umbrella which we used on the beach, so we didn't need to buy or rent. There are 2 beach bars in walking distance, where you can buy refreshments. In the area, there are 2 restaurants, one within walking distance and one by car. Also there is a playground nearby which was nice for the kids in the evening. For shopping and more restaurants we went to Nea Moudania which is a 15 min drive.
