Cozy comfortable accommodation. Well equipped. Warm . My special preference - fireplace. Seating in the evening against live flame with a glass of Italian wine and nice local cheese! Close to hot springs on Bagni do Petrol terms - my major destination here. Good for money. Adriano is a very helpful welcoming host! Thanks

The host is very friendly, the location is OK: it was just on my route, so for my purposes it was fine. It is in a distance from Siena, so if you want to stay here and visit Siena for instance, it is not the best idea. The place is clean and nice, with all facilities

“Great place to use as a base to explore Tuscany”
Great location to base yourself as you can visit many places from there, you can even go to Siena by the bus that stops in front of the property in under 30 minutes. The rooms are big and the apartment is well equiped, air condition is highly appreciated in the hot Tuscany's summer. You have a supermarket 5 minutes away by foot

“Friendly owners with beautiful and clean apartments close to Siena”
Very spacious and clean apartment. Also a constantly pleasant room temperature. Adriano was very helpful. I forgot two very important items for my dog at departure and Adriano sent them to me despite lots of back-and-forth with the carrier. He was very helpful and patient. Thank you very much
