Beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. There are only four apartments, so you often have the pool or garden all to yourself. The area is filled with birdsong and offers a truly tranquil setting. We stayed in the Puccini apartment, which was very spacious and well equipped. If you have a car, grocery shopping is easy, and the location is a great base for exploring Tuscany. There's also an excellent vineyard nearby – Poggio Salvi – where you can book a fantastic wine tasting experience.

“LONELY LOCATION”
It is a beautiful and clean apartment (Vivaldi). The garden comfort is great during the day. At nights a bit dreary. There are no automatic lights and quite dark. Very quiet and lonely location. It is difficult to find the turn to the road of the apartment at nights. For those who love a quiet and restful holiday. It is a nice place to be.

The location was great and the apartment comfortable and spacious. Great pool and expansive gardens which were beautifully maintained with all the outdoor facilities you could wish for. Very peaceful and relaxing stay in the middle of a busy trip and easy access to local tourist towns if you needed them.

“Exceptional , beautiful appartment in immense garden with swimming pool”
Excellent well equiped appartment,exceptionally well decorated common space usable for smart working (among my best work teleoffice!), beautiful swimming pool, well maintained garden and views. We were so well at the Refugio that we even had barbecue dinner close to the swimming pool. We highly recommend.

Great location, isolated in a quiet place but still close to many good coffe shops and a Migros store. We stayed 5 nights at the Vivaldi Apartment, it was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Almost everything was perfect.

A beautiful, calming and relaxing space. Simone, who greeted us, was helpful and polite and gave us all the info we needed when we arrived, and provided us with some sightseeing recommendations. There was a lovely welcome basket which was really helpful as we arrived on a Sunday when all the nearby shops were closed - so we managed to put together dinner and breakfast! The pool is lovely, clean and the outdoor area is beautiful and peaceful.

With a maximum of 8 adult guests in separate apartments it felt like we were staying in an exclusive villa. It was luxurious to enjoy the infinity pool, sun beds, garden features in peace and privacy. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with the best welcome package we’ve encountered.

Beautiful country house with amazing surroundings. too bad we had bad weather and weren’t able to use the swimming pool! the apartment was very clean, had all the necessary equipment and amenities. Simone was very welcoming!

The house consists of 4 apartments, which are fully equipped. Everything is very well tended and the pool is big (as is the garden and everything else). Simone was a perfect host and more than helpful! I'm sure we will be back!
