I rate my stay as excellent. The apartment was very well equipped and lacked nothing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Special compliments to Bianca for the breakfast. It was the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. The quality of the products, the variety, and the taste completely amazed me. Nowhere else in Italy have I encountered such a wonderful breakfast. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

The room was pleasant and clean and on the ground floor which we asked for. The setting is idyllic within the Tuscan countryside. The restaurant meals were good and the breakfast was wonderful. Lots to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and we felt quite at home. Only 20 minutes from Siena, it was an ideal location. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful. The building is very authentic and chic, the rooms and restaurant sparkling clean (you can smell fresh perfume everywhere you enter) and the outdoor space is very nice to enjoy while hearing the birds singing, petting the cat and watching the horses in the paddock. We were welcomed with smiles and kind words. The staff was exceptional from the reception and until the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious both at breakfast and at dinner.

That was my 4th time here and I will be coming here till the end of my active life. If you want to feel the real Tuscany this is the right place. A typical Tuscan farmhouse with wonderful hosts, delicious breakfasts, and dinners in the olive grove. Absolutely rating 10, unlike many other places on Booking that get 9-10 because they have a bed, shower, and a nice host, but nothing more. This place has the best of everything. And these words writes a man who don't use to post ratings on Booking, but this place really derserves it

We liked the surroundings, location, and facilities very much. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and clean. We also had breakfast, and were very happy with the options there. Especially the coffee was amazing, compared to all the other hotel breakfast coffees we had so far. Definitely worth the money.

A getaway that perfectly blends relaxation with nature. Our stay was truly excellent from start to finish. ​The Atmosphere & Location: The space itself is wonderful—incredibly peaceful, spacious, and perfectly located. The breakfast was absolutely super, setting the perfect tone for the day, they serve great cappuccino with breakfast . Additionally, there is a good restaurant on-site (very good if you like grill), making dining convenient and enjoyable. ​The Unique Touch: One of the most charming aspects of the location (for us) was the presence of horses, our daughters were delighted and cried when we left. It adds such a serene, unique character to the property that I really loved. ​Everything about the location and the environment made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape and recharge!

Charming farmhouse, really nice for a family of young children: playground, horses, hens, house pets and pool… the breakfast was absolutely fabulous!!!

Great place to experience and enjoy Tuscany. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant offered amazing food — we had both breakfast and dinner there. The hosts were very friendly and kind.

We loved everything about our stay - the room was beautiful, and very comfortable, the breakfast was unbelievably good, and Rosella and Matteo were the most welcoming of hosts. Rosella in particular was so kind to us and our daughter who was suffering a bad head cold during our stay. And Matteo prepared a lovely meat and cheese platter for us the night the restaurant was closed. The restaurant is fantastic as well for dinner, and all the resident animals were very soul soothing. It was the reset we all needed after a hectic week of big cities, and a traumatic drive from Florence.

Very good Restaurant included but don’t forget to Book a table ahead. Staff was extremly friendly. Would definitely recommend!
