The building is amazing and in a perfect environment, the bedrooms are comfortable and the breakfast was just what we needed. Paula is super nice. We plan to come back.

Beautiful historic setting and a few good local restaurants nearby. The family rooms were exceptional as was Paula who was super helpful and very friendly. One small tip, drive through the archway and park inside the courtyard, took us a while to realise!

Really lovely quirky property. Ideal if you're travelling a dog, as out of hours they are allowed off lead to explore the grounds. Really comfy bed, very clean, good shower. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Really liked the outside terrace for breakfast.

Lovely location with peaceful gardens and ancient church buildings, also ideal for pets. Not the place for nightlife, especially on days when the local places are closed (Sun, Mon evenings), but there are options not far away. Secure and safe parking if visiting with a valuable car.

We were wowed from the moment of our arrival. Paula was very welcoming. The property is a mix of ancient and modern but done with great taste and style.

What a gem! We just stayed there for 1 night on our way to the ocean, but what a surprise! Our host was so friendly and welcoming, the newly designed rooms are located in an old monastery, it was so unreal to sleep in a heritage site like this! Lots of love for the details! Breakfast was just amazing & the gardens gave off a little of an Versailles vibe . :-) …the atmosphere was just perfect! Hope we can come back one day!

Lovely buildings and gardens. The breakfast was wonderful and it was great to be outside under the vines to eat it. Our host was very helpful and gave us a great suggestion to visit the Parc Floral at Apremont-sur-Allier which we did and really enjoyed our visit there.
