“A great location with easy access to Indianapolis Motor Speedway”
The beds are double as advertised not queen, however comfortable enough. The gym and pool were great. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee available at all times 24/7 a bonus. We stayed for the Indy500 and the location was excellent, 22min drive to the speedway.

“Convenient and quiet. If mid-week prices had been lower I would have stayed 2 more nights.”
All is good. Knew what to expect since I have stayed there about 10 times in the past. Kinda surprised that I could not get a printed receipt since I booked through a 3rd party. Don't know why, but it's cheaper to book through Booking.com than directly with the hotel.

“Be aware of extreme $75 pet fee. The way they snuck it in ruined an otherwise decent stay.”
We got robbed of an additional $75 pet fee when we checked out. No mention of it at time of booking or check in. You should list pet fee amounts so customers can do a true cost comparison. No way I would have picked this place. It is an outrageous amount.

What I didn’t like, was working with booking.com. Our direct flight got transferred to a delayed flight. Also had a problem with amount charged to us and no one ever followed up back with me. I called twice for this matter still waiting. Your service sucks.

Breakfast quite monotonous but edible. I'd say typical US hotel breakfast service. The room is nice, clean, although quite dark. Acceptable WiFi signal.

Miss Jackson at check in and check out was awesome. What a great employee! Positive attitude, smiling and really welcoming. Efficient and represented this Hampton very well!!! Been a long time since someone made us feel special and was so upbeat about their job. Give her a raise she deserves it!!!
