The staff went above and beyond. We asked them to mail 2 postcards and they did without hesitation. They carried our bags when we arrived and as we were leaving. Turn down service with a fact card and mints! They exchanged currency for us to pay for a taxi. Very accommodating.

Your breakfast selections were exceptional. Truly enjoyable.Besides being in a prime location on the cliffs overlooking a heavenly beach and turquoise waters, I felt that the staff as a whole was truly friendly, easy going,helpful etc. the grounds were immaculate.

“Retrain the day manager and this will be a perfect resort.”
Everything was great except for the day manager; I think her name was Melissa. Very snooty, has poor issue-resolution skills, and clearly does not understand the dynamic with which guests should be treated. Definitely would recommend retraining.

beautiful views and location from the cliffside rooms with gorgeous beach steps away; breakfast buffet was included and plentiful with a la carte options & afternoon tea was an added treat.Cliffside rooms were quiet and set away from main lobby area. Staff could not be friendlier or do more for you. Keurig in room was a plus since breakfast started at 8
