everything in this place is excellent! we are delighted with the view! I was only sad because I paid for the room with the terrace, and they put me on the top floor! my husband prefers it on top! more because of our daughter I preferred below! other than that it's ok!

Downfall, the rooms are small, outdated and uncomfortable. Moldy smelling room, really lound a/c unit, moldy smelling room, unable to get comfy (no couch, double beds only) and parking is not included in the price. On a good note, beach access is only a few steps away, resort offers beach umbrellas and beach chairs and snack bar which is very convinient!

No coffee maker in room

Hi Team, Just wanted to let you know that we are very disappointed with our stay. We have two young children (4,7) and we were at the resort for five nights. We guests who were jumping dangerously into the pool with very little regard for other guests (I logged a complaint with Yadira). Also the carpet in our room smelled of urine (we assume there had been an accident before us that wasn't cleaned to a very high standard). There was also a towel that appeared to have sperm on it that hadn't been replaced by the cleaning staff. I would have loved to raise these concerns while I was on the property, but on Wednesday, August 25th, I was diagnosed with acute swimmers ear after swimming in your pools, and also had a family issue that I was made aware of on Wednesday morning. So the antibiotics and dealing with the family issue took precedence. For the amount of money that we paid for staying at your property, the value was lacking. “Amazing”

This place ticked all our boxes and more! Great pools, games and right on the beach! We ate breakfast and lunch at the resort and sister resort and the food was great!
