while check in reception manager told that booking.com canceled reservation and now have to he make new. I left 2 days earliest and he told - we cannot return funds for this 2 days, only for one - this is booking.com policy. some of this sentence is not truth.

“Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff”

The rooms are exactly as they are presented. Two very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was clean, with a shower/bad and a toilet in a separate room and the sink at the entrance of the room. The indoor pool looked amazing and we were a bit bumped we didn't bring our bathing suits for a little swim. We were there out of season so it was really calm. For dinner, we definitely recommend checking out the diner across the street

The two swimming pools are really big (especially the indoor one), beautiful, well maintained. The landscaping is outstanding.

Perfect. Especially for kids, the options were excellent.

This hotel should have been closed down during the outdoor renovation of the pool and adjacent areas. A large team of workers used kangos form early morning to late evening tarrorizing the hotel guests. Our plan was to stay for 3 nights, however, we moved down to Hyannis Habour Hotel immediately after one night,

Breakfast room is closed. It would have been nice to have an actual warm breakfast.

The location was excellent and easy to find (very acceptable after a long day driving). Our room was bright and clean, with a view of the sea from both outside and within. The staff where very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and provided a good choice of food/drink for breakfast. We would be more than happy to use this facility again.

Poor breakfast, very very poor breakfast we had to clean up the table in the breakfast room lot of trash - they don´t care about the enviromemt the dirty clothes of the breakfast-man was disgusting

We got what we paid for.

The AC was fine, shower fine, cleanliness fine, food fine, pools perfect, attendants fine, and finally the room was quiet.

Our car was parked in the hotel premise and someone broke the windshield in the night. We reported the incident to the hotel staff and asked for a written and acknowledgement of the incident by email. They never sent that and also behaved rude.

Rooms were excellent. Beatifull view, Bath very charming. Breakfast excellent. Host was very friendly. This B&B to be recommendent to everyone who will be in this region

We enjoyed our stay at this resort; here are the reasons. 1) all the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful 2) the parking is very accessible, right in front of the building 3) the bedroom was crispy clean with bed-covers that seemed brand new and quality sheets and pillows; the same for the bathroom and the make-up counter 4) breakfast is included and offers many good choices like eggs, sausages, bread, muffins, cereals, good coffee, etc. 5) the pools, both indoor and outdoor are clean and the same for the area surrounding them 6) our private balcony facing the pool on the second floor was pleasant and allowed us to keep the patio door opened at night since there was also a screen door 7) there was a safety deposit box in the room big enough to hold my computer 8) many brochures and information were available for visitors 9) the whole resort gives a sense of careful attention to the smallest details 10) there is a mall right in front with different services. All in all a very good choice!
