“Nice apartment but overall a disappointing stay. Service is everything. Next time I’ll try the Marriott.”
The property is conveniently located across the road from the gondola and provides easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean but the fireplace which was the main attraction wasn’t working. The ski valet service is good, you can leave your skis overnight and pick them up in the morning. At the time of our stay they were 4 reception staff on different shifts, two of them were exceptionally friendly and helpful: thank you again Toni, you were amazing, and thank you to the gentleman who checked us in and drove us to Edgewood for dinner on our first night - so sorry I forgot your name. Unfortunately the other two were unhelpful, they set the reception phone on voicemail to avoid calls from guests calling for transportation at the end of the day, and found excuses to avoid driving us to the California Lodge lifts in the morning. One lady in particular (C) just doesn’t belong in a customer-service job and should do everyone a favor and get another job.

“Beautiful room”
One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. I had the two bedroom two bath condo/suite. Everything was high-end and lovely. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, huge windows, just gorgeous. Near a lot of fun activities and restaurants as well.

“Disappointing”
We unfortunately experienced a power shortage during our stay and were offered an alternative accommodation that was far below our expectations. We were told we would be compensated and we are still waiting to hear from the property despite many attempts to reach out to them. Very disappointing.
