“We will stay here again!”
The property was near the lake and is surrounded by everything you need like banks, groceries, restaurants. We also love the facilities and activities they had for Christmas when we were there. Valet was superb! Being able to do our laundry was indeed a plus! We felt safe during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Date changed through booking.com, via phone call to customer support. But change not reflected in the hotel system. We ended up arriving late at night and finding that they charged for bo show the previous night. Front desk staff were rude too.

Good kitchen facilities in the room, clean throughout the hotel and gym was small but ok. BBQ and picnic area (albeit internal to the hotel and astroturf).

“Overall this hotel is in a great location but let down by unfriendly customer service.”
The location was superb, right by the lake but not too close to the very busy area of town. There was a well equipped kitchenette in the room and the beds were comfortable.

“Great hotel”
I stayed in a one bed deluxe suite with a friend making use of the sofa bed. Plenty of space for two people, decent sized kitchen and bathroom, well decorated etc. A few niggles but nothing that really detracted from a great week. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the 4hr long happy hour - food and cocktails both perfect, no skimping on size or quality. In ski season there is a shuttle and this year there was a shorter, dedicated 'lodging route' straight to California Lodge, max 15-20 min wait either end.

The location is really great and a supermarket and a shopping center is nearby. Every room has a small kitchen with cookware and tableware.
