Great location for downtown South Lake Tahoe. Contactless check in worked fine - the email with gate codes arrived around an hour before check in time (4pm) but went into my spam folder - so keep an eye on this as well!

“I would definitely stay again. The manager John went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.”
The location was excellent. We put our ski gear on and walked to the gondola. After skiing is was also a quick walk to the lake. Doesn’t get much better than that.

“Nice property will be back”
It was a quiet property. It was very nice and a cozy room with my new wife. The location was very close to everything food attractions, etc.. being included hot plate, and accessories for meals was a very nice touch to the whole thing plus a refrigerator and freezer

Great location, excellent rooms with lots of space and a nice seating area. Our room also had a very well equipped small kitchen, dishwasher, plates and utensils, which was excellent when travelling with family. Also, it was great to have a fireplace in the room. It is very close to the town center, bars and restaurants, within walking distance from Gondola, and at the same time very private and quiet.

“Never again”
No blow dryer, no table, no access to Hot Tub due to COVID-19 which is clearly not specified on Booking. They said it was because of California regulations (even most of the restrictions have been recently eased). They are happy to repeat they are not a hotel and they don't have the same rules as a hotel, so I think next time we will go to a hotel for a similar price without any hesitation. Moreover, we are living in such a building with Spa in California and our management office has never heard about such California regulations. Even without this, the equipment (2 mini-fridges, 1 electric hot plate, no table, no chair table - only high bar chair) of the accommodation doesn't worth the price.
