“Perfect and cozy stay”
The location was perfect. Its not a city meant for walking, so everything was close by to take an Uber or Lyft. The breakfast was always fresh and good. Shreya made sure to make me feel welcome and was very helpful whenever I needed help. All people working there were very friendly. Thank you for everything!

“Filthy new place - don't stay or waste your money/time”
Quality Inn just got remodeled, brand new everything. Checked-in, front desk staffer gave me room number; I unlocked the door, and the room was never cleaned prior to the person before! Not only is that disgusting, but unsafe too. Went back down, got another room and that was "clean." You can literally see that it was just remodeled but there's hair all over the floor and just dirty. The toilet wasn't secured and lose to where it will tip if not sit on just right. Too bad this place is not cared for properly. If it was, I'd stay there all the time. New place but filthy - sad thing

Excellent value for the price paid. Giving this 5 stars not because it’s a Hilton or JW Marriott but because the amount vs what I received was excellent. Check in and check out were pretty quick. I only had to make a line one day around check in because I had lost my key the night before. I don’t know what hotel this used to be but looks like they pretty much just kept the shell and renovated all inside. Doesn’t look like much as you pull up (starting from the temporary sign) that I was like oh no, what did I do. But once I walked into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised. Looks clean, modern and new. The room was just about the right size for 2 people. I wish there had been a fridge (there’s the cabinet space for it, maybe they will add eventually) but also not a deal breaker. Almost everywhere we went was a 10 minutes distance away, so great location without the downtown prices. Staff was nice and friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

“Passable, cheap, convenient accommodation for travelers, especially with dogs..”
The staff was often not available or at the front desk, but the interaction I did have with one staff member was smooth. The bed was clean and comfy, and the AC worked.

“I was highly disappointed, I feel like i should have been refunded ,.”
Yes, well I originally went on line and reserved a room for a king size bed . I then went to the property too get my room . I received my key and went to the room and I had a room that was two double beds . The beds wasn't completely made it was hair on the floor . I went back to the front desk and informed the lady that I booked a room for a king size bed . The lady shrugged her shoulder and stated " I don't have anymore King size beds." I asked the lady why she didn't tell me before she swiped my card . She responded "your right , but you see I was busy . I can cancel your room if you like." I informed her if i cancel there will be a hold on my money5 to 7 business days . I then told her that she gave me a room that wasn't clean. I then left the room and came back my key was deactivated .
