“Memorable.”
Central in downtown South Bend. We found the hotel very comfortable and a great shower. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly.

Most of the staff were friendly, particularly the night staff. I believe the manager was Jason and he was very nice and explained some of the discrepancies I experienced with the booking.

“Drove far. Looking for comfort and ease to get ready in the morning and was very disappointed”
I had a 7 am meeting I ordered a coffee which wasn’t ready and then the sandwich was not ready. When she tried to ring it up it would not take my credit card.

The parking situation. I arrived at 11:30 pm on a very busy night in South Bend. There was no parking available at the hotel. The person I spoke to said I could park behind the hotel but I would need to love the car before 8 am on a Saturday. Ridiculous.
