“Everything was fine except I didn't get the discount.”
I had stayed at the Aloft South Bend previously this summer. At that time, I mentioned the Friends and Family Discount and it was applied when I checked in. This time, I mentioned the discount at check-in and was told that it was only available when booking the room online. I explained my previous experience and was ignored. Very disappointed in this!

“Comfortable, quiet, well located, well laid out rooms and a really nice and useful lobby!”
The rooms are very well laid out and comfortable. I like having a useful desk, a compact bath area but the best part was the comfort of the bed. Most hotels now use comforters/duvets that are too heavy and therefor too hot. The bedding at Aloft was SUPERB - thank you!

While booking, it was indicated that on-site parking was included, but we were charged for every night during the stay. No room daily maid service provided.
