The location, view, cleanliness, and decoration of the house were all excellent. Hosni and his family are very kind and lovely people. If I come back again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Clean and spacious apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen, two balconies and a living room with sofa a TV. Self check-in was very easy and the host is very helpful. It's 10 minutes walk from the beach and there are shops and restaurants just outside the building. We had good days there.

The apartment was clean and everything you need is provided i.e towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. Stunning view of the sea and sunset/sunrise. The location is perfect with restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach all nearby. It was perfect for me, my partner and our two kids. The owner, Hosni, was available within minutes if we needed anything and was friendly, hospitable and helpful.

It's an apartment that makes you happy because it has everything that you need to feel very comfortable. beautiful, and clean, top residency plus the owners are lovely people ,very helpful.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights in January as a family of four, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Likes: * Spacious apartment, perfect for a family of four. * Modern and clean decor. * Fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. * Netflix available on the TV. * Strong broadband on most days. * Great location—supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. * Beautiful city view from the apartment. * Elevator in the building. * Exceptional host—kind, responsive, and even lent us his SIM card when the internet was down.

Everything was perfect, believe me, it's nicer than the pictures ❤️, i was amazed especially by the balcony and Seaview, having morning coffee there is so relaxing. Thank you mohsin , will definitely come back.

Beautifully decorated apartment in the centre of Sousse with a sea view. Seamless check in and entry system. Spacious and equipped with everything you need. We have a toddler and we also got a very good quality cot for him. We booked it very last minute after we've been let down by a quality of the hotel and everything was ready for us in just a few hours. Great communication with host who was more than helpful and responsive. We had a late flight and they let us stay a bit longer and leave our luggage. Highly recommended and we would be booking again if back in Sousse.

“A choice you won't regret”

Really lovely accommodation and highly recommended. Everything went pretty smooth. The flat is bigger than how it looks on the photos, really spacious. It has a lovely sea view and 5 means walk to the beach (where hotels customers use - this is especially good because local area's beaches could be less comfortable than tourist populated parts of the area) The hosts very really good as well. it has towels, iron, and anything you may need. Overall we are pleased

The place was really excellent. we stayed wit four people and was more than spacious enough. The appartement, including the kitchen was well equipped. it was close (10 min walk) to the beach which also looked great. finally, the apartment was close to restaurants and clubs where our daughters went out. thx Marc

The apartment is so clean, tidy and well equipped. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing, you can see over sousse and you can see the ocean! the location is perfect also, only a short walk away from the beach, bars, cafes, restaurants and everything else you need! Hosni was always available to contact if needed, we look forward to staying again!
