The layout and how comfortable it was

It was exactly what we wanted - a quiet house on the seaside in "nowhere" with no neighbours/people around or with very little less of them :) great communication with super nice host Kostas -thank you! Always responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with, he'll make sure to do everything he can to make your stay memorable. The house has very comfy beds and pillows, a/c in every room ( total 4 ), is equipped with everything you might need there starting from the kitchen facilities and ending with beach towels and chairs. No dishwasher (was not a big deal for us) but a washing machine. Beach is really very private during weekdays with only 2-3 ppl coming and going.be prepared that on Saturday Sunday it will be very crowdy especially in summer high season..we counted like 40 ppl on Sunday. So better go to bigger beaches (5min walk from the house ) or explore the neighborhood or take a ferry to Kea - a very nice island with only 1h ferry trip. You ll need a car to drive around, at least to the supermarket which is approx.20 min drive away. We had very lovely holidays and time in Greece! Thank you Kostas for being such a great host! P s.There is a lot of greenery around the house like lavender and rosmarin :)

“A well appointed property with everything we needed plus a warm welcome from our host.”

Kostas (and his little daughter Sophia) met us near the property after agreeing a rendezvous at a nearby restaurant and guided us the last 400m of the journey from the main road. They handed over the keys and explained how the property worked. They were very kind and welcoming.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, nice interior design. Quite location (no cars driving around) and good access to the beach. We enjoyed our short stay!

Hidden gem, real private beach, walkable to a great restaurant in town. Super host, friendly and helpful. Local transportation a bit challenging but walking is easy. Good spec, all the kit you need to enjoy, all the way to kids toys, salt and pepper, garbage bags etc.

This property was extremely clean and impressively kitted as far as Airbnbs/rentals go. Everything seemed new, the layout was well thought out. Bonus: you get a multi charging cables next to your bed to charge your phone overnight. The private beach is really lovely and a short walk away. There are mosquito nets at almost every opening which is really great. The facilities exceeded our expectations and we would totally come back! On top of that, the host was rally lovely, spoke very good English and was really responsive and reactive whenever we needed him.

Kostas and his wife are exceptional good hosts. All our wishes (arriving time, departure time) were fullfilled. An Easter gift was also prepared for us (Ouzo, cookies, sweets, flowers,). Our children forgot their toothbrushes at home and even this was provided from the hosts. We really, really enjoyed the stay in this calm, wonderful house. We loved the little church next to the house. We plan to come back to enjoy this special place again! Thank you very much Kostas & Lina.

a very nice place. The house is new and very comfortable. In addition, the hosts treated us very kindly and provided us with water, coffee, buns for breakfast, and the house was provided with everything we needed. It is only a five-minute walk, and you reach a small exclusive cove for the few residents of the place. A highly recommended site.
