“Wonderful peaceful stay for 2 nights before onward travel.”

Stunning location with lovely beach and cafe within short walking distance. Very peaceful with sea view and a terrace to sit and enjoy. The studio had everything we needed , even some breakfast toasts jam coffee etc. comfy bed and a good shower. It was very quiet and peaceful. The air con was appreciated. Nicely decorated with character. We had great information and communication from Panos. A taxi ride to Lavrio port is approx 7. € This was helpful for us to get to our connection and we were travelling by train with no car. We would definitely recommend sea satin for the quiet relaxed area and access to a great beach. T

“Stunning views and great service”

Cosy studio with an amazing sea view and a great terrace that unfortunately we couldn’t use because of the weather. Fully equipped for a short stay, with a very comfortable bed and basic kitchen appliances. Panos (the host) was very attentive and supportive all along. When we arrived it was dark and pouring so we had some difficulties to find our way, but he was immediately reachable and not only guided us by phone but also provided us with info on how to get our food delivered. Thanks!

Since we are people who appreciate sunrises, seeing the sunrise from the bed was very nice.

Such an amazing place right at the seafront. Beautiful and clean room with a spectacular view. Panos is a very generous and helpful host. You can access a more private part of the pountazezza beach for more calm and Lavrio's restaurants are just a few minutes drive. Can't wait to come back for a break from the city!

The studio is in front of the sea, located in a private estate, the landscape is beautiful. Panos, the owner, assists his guests with useful suggestions regarding nearby restaurants and structures.

very well arranged studio. The entire "wall" facing the entrance door was a window The entire view besides the big balcony (around 10 sq meters balcony) was seaview! The sea was about 30-40 meters away from the balcony! Comfy bed, clean studio, all the appliances needed for short holidays, available Coffee, sugar, butter, marmelade, fruit basket, shampoo, shower gel, even garbage bags available!

Amazing location just above the sea! The Studio is very well equipped and nicely decorated, and Panos is the most attentive and caring host you could imagine. Very comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast supplies are other bonuses. Walking down a few steps to plunge into the ocean, and watching dusk and dawn from the terrace is true bliss. Thank you!

The apartment is stunning . In a perfect location. Very comfortable. Has everything you can possibly think of . There is beautiful bay directly opposite with crystal clear water perfect for swimming . With steps to enter the water . The hosts Panos & his wife Amanda were amazing from booking until we left. Nothing was too much trouble . Even recommended taverna to eat . A wonderful breakfast was left for our first morning coffee toast and jams and honey wonderful . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sea Satin . Thank Panos & Amanda we will be back .

There was a peaceful athmosphere, perfect place for relaxing. Sounion is amazing, and the beach nearby is clean and has a friendly vibe. The studio is lovely, exactly near the sea, with beautiful view from the terrace.
