We are very satisfied with our stay in this place. It is spacious, cozy, terrace is very nice, pool is a big plus. For sure we would like to come back to this place. Mrs Oksana was very nice, friendly and helpful.

very nice pool and beach, good location for families if you rent a car, then it is only 8 min drive to Lavrio with restaurants, supermarkets and a nice Marina. 55 min to Athens city center by car - 30 min to the airport - we had a great week 👍

Even hose is not new, it is comfortable. The location is perfect for summer, about 1-2 minutes from the beach. The fireplace was very useful. TV is big enough :) Nearhood has a very big pool (like 20m - 25m in length) and it's very clean. The location was really quiet. It is not good for a party but we don't have it. The owners are very nice and helpful.

“Down time after week of sailing”
The property is close to Lavrion marina so we decided to stay a few days after a sailing week. A car is essential for this property and if you use google maps then using the directions on Booking.com website works. Entrance is via a green electrical gate so contact with owners is necessary. The apartment was very well equipped and there was even a washing machine and powder. The apartment was comfortable and had a veranda upstairs and sitting area downstairs. We went in October and there were very few folk in other apartments- benefit it was quiet and we got the pool to ourselves. There is a quiet beach at the bottom of the road also. Nearest taverna is a 20 minute walk away and can be accessed via side roads and part of main road so care is required, and a torch! If I was returning to this area I would be happy to stay here for a few days - good base prior to or following sailing trip!
