“Very poorly with a non working shower due to very very low water pressure”
I got no refund from Booking.com because this renter does not reply to booking.com. So beware both this renter and booking.com keep showing this place even though its very much below standard. Read below for the crazy ride. How can this room have an 8 rating, very strange. Im guessing who rates this room does not shower and does not use the jacuzzi. Or rather does not use water because the low waterpressure only allows filling up a cup of water. Contact: No contact with the renter till day 2 of our 3 day stay. At one point the renter asked for my email with an email? Even though booking.com does not recommend communication though email. Waterpressure and broken shower: None of the amenities worked properly. One of the two wall mounted showers was broken and almost no water pressure, filling the jacuzzi worked in a very odd way where, due to the poor water pressure, it needed to be filled with the shower connected to the jacuzzi and separate from the wall mounted shower, due to 2 seperate water tanks and content of watertank. This 'manual' was sent to me by text after contact by booking.com, my tries to contact them through telephone, mail and chat did got no reply up to that point on day 2. I tried it but it went so slow that i estimate it takes around 1.5 hours to fill the jazuzzi. Complaint: During all this I contacted booking.com and where helpfull in starting a refund but in the end, due to no contact and no reply from the renter, I did not receive my refund after this disaster. In the end you book this room for a bed and not the ammenities. Where I find a shower a basic need but it all is not working right due to crazy low water pressure. For just a bed its too expensive. From what i understand now is that booking.com takes distance from a restitution when a owner just doenst reply.
