You can get many nice apartments and this one was excellent, but what sets it apart where the hosts. Great hosts, excellent apartment , really good location in the marina. We highly recommend the property.

Very nice location. Walking distance to the marine Sotogrande restaurants (10-15min) The hypercor is nearby (5min by car) and you can get quality food: prepared or cook by yourself. The flat has all you need including washing machine and dishwasher. The linen are soft and perfectly white. Super clean.

Location lovely, can walk to bars and cafes and the marina, but you need a car for groceries as no local shop or supermarket in walking distance. It felt a very safe area, and was so clean, with long flat pavements to all the nearby amenities and a great little market on Sunday mornings. Bed really comfy, apartment clean and light, and the communal areas clean, bright and airy. It was nice to be able to contact the owner with any queries, which were dealt with very promptly.

Everything was excellent. Reyes was an excellent communicator and met me to show me around the apartment and make sure I knew everything. I’ve been travelling in Europe for three months and this was one of the very best apartments I’ve been in. First class.

This apartment is very homely and has a lovely atmosphere. Is it very clean and comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable . The contemporary kitchen is great,with everything you need to cook up a full meal. The host, who met us to let us in was very helpful and we could text her at any time, if we needed to know anything. There is a cute little Marina Bar five minutes walk from the accommodation and the main Sotogrande harbour area is a pleasant and easy stroll, fifteen minutes in the other direction. There are nice rural views from the windows and you can also see a harbour from the side. All in all this is a great base to get around to surrounding areas, and great value for money.
