The property is situated in the most luxurious location. Along with its fantastic location the property itself is absolutely magnificent. It’s perfect for a 2 people stay & to have the roof to lie in the sun was fabulous. Ernesto, the host is the best host I’ve ever had. He went out of his way to make our stay the best possible experience we could have wished for & he succeeded with flying colours. We will certainly be back in the future.

“Unforgettable weeks in Sotogrande”

My 6 year old son and I spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this houseboat. Nearby is the beach, many cafes. Within walking distance there is a pharmacy and a supermarket. Great location, gorgeous views, wonderful host. It's a very romantic place to relax and change the scenery. It was our first experience living in a houseboat. We were delighted. Thanks to Ernesto for wonderful days and fresh croissants.

The extras were absolutely incredible and the host did really go above and beyond in every way! The house boat is incredible, obviously you need to remember it is a house boat and so not huge, but perfectly adequate with all the facilities needed!

The host Ernesto is warm-hearted and considerate, taking care of everything just perfectly. It is convenient to reach the boat and parking the car is also easy. For this season, the port is quiet and enjoyable.
