Great place to stay! We enjoyed our stay in Small Paradise. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with all we needed.

Cottage is a fully detached building at the rear of the owners residence but with its own access off the street so is very private and patking available outside. Well equipped with washine machine and dishwasher.

“Cash only, convenient location for west Faroes”

This was a great and affordable find. Location couldn't have been better for exploring the west side of the Faroes and I liked having the independence to come and go in a mini-cabin with all my needs met. The pictures matched what I had in person and the place was incredibly clean. The host was kind and easy to communicate with ahead of time. Parking was easy and right in front of the house.

The cosy little house, the wide green garden, the welcoming host, the ideal location, the stunning view of the harbour... everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. Has wifi, good water supply, compact layout yet practical, supermarket 5 minutes by foot, boats to Mykines 10 minutes by foot. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

Arrival - lucky for us, as soon as we stepped of the bus, car stopped and asked where we were heading. It happed that this was the cleaning lady that gave us a short lift and showed us in. I can agree with other reviews - despite the map - we equally would have not found it. The house is located in the host's back yard! So, you get to the number 41 - that is brown wooden house (really stands out), open the gate and walk through to the back yard where the little house is located. Yes, no sea views - it is in the back yard. Place is brand new, so we were a bit on our toes. We saw that there was washing machine and tumble dryer - well there is a rail to dry cloth but not a tumble dryer?! There were some supplies in cupboards. Shop is near by, but it is very limited and despite being fairly big, still didn't offer basics. Get stuff before heading to Sorvagur. On Sunday shop is closed. The beds - I seemed to miss that stuff of climbing. Agree, with other reviews - if you have mobility issues or others - perhaps state that to hosts as need bedding downstairs for sofa bed. I managed to injure my knee earlier that week, so if we would have stayed earlier, I would not been able to climb. Sadly when we arrived, weather was appalling, so had to stay in. TV has no channels, but host left Netflix. Bear in mind that when weather is horrible, wi-fi pretty much doesn't work, so Netflix will not work either! Suggest take your own flash drive with something to watch or other ways to entertain yourself. The place is lovely and quite, but will not suite everyone and will have different reviews based on at what time people stay. We spent more inside that wanted, so got to know the place. Massive bonus is the bus stop, that is 30sec walk - for airport. Eating out - well, there is one cafe with limited offering (and quite small) and I think one more that just opens at night.

“Amazing stay on Vagar Island”

This cottage is the perfect location for a stay in Sorvagur. Everything was very functional and comfortable, and we immediately felt like home. The position is strategic both for transportation (including airport) and for visiting the magnificent sights on Vagar Island. Above all these, the hosts were simply amazing and helped us for everything we needed. Very recommended!

The cabin is very nicely appointed and very well equipped with spices, shower gel etc. It was really nice to stay in and netflix is a bonus for a rainy day. I think it would be cramped for more than two people.

The address is not quite correct and so it was not easy to find the house.
