“Great calm winter hide out in the beautiful nature of Dalarna”

We had an absolute magnificent stay in Stationshuset. The area in Dalarna is super nice, and perfect for a calm vacation. The accommodation has everything what it needs, it is super clean and cozy. Bettina and Markus are amazing hosts. They had great tips for activities nearby and even organized a dog sledge trip with her friend Detlef. It was a very great experience and will remain a wonderful memory. Bettina and Markus also borrowed us their snowshoes for a hike through the deep snow, such that we could enjoy hiking tracks where the snow was not cleared. Thank you for having us we will come back sometime during summer.

The location in nature, the nature itself. We had all we needed, the host was friendly, the apartment was nice. There might be a few campers around, but it was still calm there during our stay.

Great quiet place in the forests near the small town Sörsjön. The apartement in an old train station building was spacious and has everything you need. Around the property you have small covered spaces to barbecue. The very nice and helpful hosts take time to answer all of your questions. You can also make use of the terraces around the building. They also allow a couple of campers on the property and the variety brings a good atmosphere.

The comfort, cleanliness and the warm welcome and contact with the owners was great.

The appartment is tidy and cozy, we found everything we needed for our short stay. The place is surrounded by forests and is very quiet and peaceful. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, gave us advice on places worth visiting in the area. The kids (and grown up kids) absolutely loved meeting the lovely host dogs :). Just a remark for those who do not like dogs (but who could not love those furry babies? :))- they are not roaming around - if you want to meet them , you have to ask for it :).
