“Very disappointing”

I was given a room up high flight of stairs (no lift) it was extremely noisy, apparently due to the industrial fans in the kitchen below! When I complained I was told, “You did book through a third party”, I Was offered an upgrade if I paid and stayed there again, I shan’t!!

The staff from check in to dinner to breakfast were attentive, friendly and obviously well trained. The food was outstanding and the entire stay was delightful . We will be back and will stay longer.

Comfy bed, luxurious styling and upscale feel to entire hotel. Welcoming staff, great amenities and good King room with a pool view. Services were well explained, location was superb and breakfast, although limited but tasty options. Daily room Clean up and reset was refreshing. We had a very relaxing time.... perfect quick getaway to Sorrento at this lavish hotel.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant, the room was large, loved the shower and the bed very comfortable. Actually the room was so large it felt under furnished!

“A very pleasant winter escape.”

The room was comfortable, we received an upgrade to a room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was a good size and the rain shower generous. Heating is a reverse cycle unit, very easy to control and switch off overnight for comfort. Breakfast was included in our booking, there were many choices on offer. The hotel is located just off the main street, a very short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

“Absolutely fantastic”

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel, it exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated that hotel guests received a discounted rate at the spa. The breakfast was excellent too.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t have a hot cup of tea at the breakfast. The only hot water they had was through the coffee machine and it was lukewarm. Unlike coffee, Tea needs to be hot.

Loved the location of the property. The room was spacious. The steam room was awesome, the restaurant/hotel dinner was delicious. The extra hour for checking out was great and the receptionist was very friendly.

All room requests during booking were responded to in a timely manner i.e.twin beds we had an excellent price package - my friend came from NZ to join me as I live in Melbourne now - we liked the in house dining options and especially the happy hour invitation as we are single it felt inclusive
