Location was perfect for us.

The room smelt bad, I had to call an employees personal number to get checked in and it took him over 30 minutes to arrive to actually do the check in. And the same employee double charged us. Once upon check in and once upon check out. It also took quite a bit of effort to find anyone who worked there to address the double charge and get a refund. The main office was gross and messy.

Room smelled bad, walls and floor were filthy, bugs on the bed sheet, heater not on when we arrived, no phone in room, loud neighbors and roadway noise

When in contact with the cleaning ladies, they were very friendly. They gave us a warm blanket when we asked for new bedding. They also gave us our dollar back from the coin laundry machine when we put it in the wrong machine.

I liked the swan towel. It was great during a long drive to just find on the highway . It was clean and friendly staff.

We stayed here got up the next morning and found our hired car had been smashed into as some hoons had been doing burnouts in the car park apparently it happens a lot with all the security cameras that are around the premises it should have been easy to get the footage for the police but no it’s apparently been wiped after 2 days 😡😡😡😡😡

I did not eat at the pub which did offer a breakfast. Was not very inviting

Music was loud. Service was slow especially for having few other customers. Other clientele was yelling across the room to staff.

Owners and staff very accommodating and helpful. Attached restaurant and pub had excellent food and service. Would stay again. Restaurant good enough to warrant stop even if not staying over.

Motel was perfect for what we needed. Beds were clean and comfy. Access to the beach behind with all the water toys was a huge surprise, we spent the afternoon there with our kids and loved it!

Good location, right on the TCH. Noise wasn’t a problem being so close to hwy. room was clean and comfortable. Visited pub and grill on premises. Had takeout in evening as extremely loud Karaoke was going on that night. Very good and affordable breakfast in the morning.
