“Back to the roots where you can unplug!!”

It’s our second time. Me and my son. We love the pool, rental of water equipment (kayak, pedalo) it’s just by the lake so you can swim from the sandy beach or using stairs from promenade. Little restaurant at the beach very good store with all essentials you may need is at the back of the site (walking distance 2 min) fabulous view, family friendly and quiet. Loads of things happening around the area during the day or evening so you can join in local life just to reset your mind. I honestly love the simplicity of this place.

The bungalow was big enough for two people, well accommodated with kitchen and all tha facilities to make breakfast. There were no blankets and it was very cold at night. The place is very clean, Great view of the Como lake

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Location by the lake is excellent. The swimming pool is very nice, and well maintained. There is a shop for groceries a few minutes walk away, and also cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. It easy to get onto the main road to explore further.

Proximity to the lake is the big advantage. They wete able to check us in late but be there before 10pm. Appreciate that the share bathroom is really offering multiple small bathrooms rather than only shower eith no place to put your things.

Amazing view, best for relaxing. Friendly staff, an amazing place with pleasant weather. We stayed there for more than two weeks!! I loved it.

Great location, The kids loved the lake and the pedalos and canoes etc were very cheap to rent. Great restaurants in the village which was 2 mins walk.

“Fab holiday”

The location is amazing. It's a lovely quiet site so often had the pool to ourselves. Hired kayaks from the site so fun and super cheap. Everyone very helpful. Shop at top of campsite. Bring water shoes as the lake is quite stony and takes a while to get deep. No longer a need for swim caps in pool which was good. Accommodation and facilities slightly faded round the edges but great value for money and always spotless.

Sorico is a peaceful little village adjacent to the river feeding into Lake Como. The site is small and wherever you are on it you are basically just a minute from the river. Its beautiful with the mountains as a backdrop all round. It's way s.aller scale than the site I went to at Lake Garda, its cheaper amd feels less commercial..The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It's good for paddleboatding, wind surfing, swimming, or a family with young kids as thf river is quite shallow in the marked areas. The cabins are basic bit comfortable and serviceable. The photos of the site don't quite do the cabins justice. It's lovely there!

The hotel was right next to the lake which was lovely. Great list of restaurants nearby and there was a bus station near which took us straight to Menaggio in 40 minutes. Staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. Great value for money - what you get is what you pay for!

Rude camp owner. Old-times furniture, terrible uncomfortable beds, no blankets. Camp swimming pool available with swimming cap only.

As a regular camper I must say It’s fantastic camping place and staying in huts. We had hut 20. In the hut was triple big bed and bunk bed. Outdoors under the roof you have your private fridge, gas hob and sink, table and chairs. toilet/ shower area was always clean and tidy and well maintained. strong water pressure and no issues with water temperature control. You have swimming pool access which is 1,40m deep and big!! there are kayaks and pedalo boats for a bargain 3 euros for hour. There is a lake just outside the premises and a beach with a shallow safe place to swim. Just behind the property there is huge supermarket there is absolutely no need to use a car :)

I absolutely loved our stay here, I came with my two children, we felt safe and welcome. The staff were friendly and informative, could not have done more for us, we really enjoyed staying here, I would recommend if you have children to book somewhere with a toilet but we did make some amazing memories running to the shower blocks in the thunderstorm like I used to as a child, the location is perfect, the pool and other facilities are very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was lovely and we met some lovely people. My children won't forget this stay, I wish we had stayed longer, the views are simply breathtaking. We had a cooker and fridge and we made lots of memories camping like old times
