“Lucky at the Lookyhotel!”

It only took us one night to be absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel! Stunning views, including the silence of the mountains. The hotel itself is well maintained, has clean rooms and a very friendly and lovely team (this also includes their super cute baby dog). The drive up to the hotel is typical for mountain areas but car enthusiasts will love the tornantes and the parking space on top of the hotel!

“High in the hills above Sori.”

The staff were very friendly. The view was incredible. The room was nice. I was very happy to have found such a unique though somewhat remote place to spend the night.

Beautiful setting. Great food and a friendly welcome. It was great to meet Roberto and get talking about motorbikes! 😎

“Hidden gem on the top of the mountain”

The hotel owner was very helpful and spoke very good English, which was so helpful as I can't speak Italian. Dinner was really nice, and so was the breakfast. Everything cooked fresh. The view from the hotel balcony was breathtaking. So quiet and piecful. To summarise it , it's a well hidden gem on the top of the mountain !

Comfortable stay with a great view. Quiet location as we prefer, friendly staff and good food, what more could you ask for. Recommended!

“Amazing View”

The view was amazing! You need car to get there (free parking at the hotel) but it is worth it! Beautiful room, friendly staff, typical Italian breakfast (no eggs, ham). We stayed for 2 nights when we visited Genova.

Amazing breakfast on the terrace overlooking some mountains and the sea. Extremely helping and friendly discussion with the owner over breakfast, with true advice on how to visit the region and touristic places around like Portofino, etc. Perfect stay, calm and peaceful in the middle of the hills overlooking the sea.

The view was amazing. There is a terrace where you can have breakfast with great view other than that just a normal hotel room that is clean. Quite hard to access.

“The owners are a lovely welcoming couple”

This was our 1st taste of Italian breakfast, so unsure what expect. Breakfast was included in the price which was a good thing. It was basic, but adequate, the croissant was lovely. The owner and his wife are a very genuine couple. They work hard to run the hotel. Communication was brilliant. Using the booking.com messaging service. The restaurant was good, the night we stayed, only Pizza was on the menu that evening. The wine was lovely though. While our room did not have hit drink making facilities which would have been good. There was a mini bar in the room. The picture on the wall was very unique.

Excellent and friendly host offering good advice on where to go around Camogli and Genoa We enjoy our stay at the hotel and Camogli which is picturesque and quaint seaside town

This is a family runned hotel located on the mountain side . The road to the hotel from the seaside takes about 30 minutes and it is serpantine narrow road, acessible for those who travel by car. Better and safer to reach hotel before dark (for those who aren't used to mountains). Nevertheless there is plenty of parking space. Hotel owners are very-very friendly and helpful, many thanks for there advices re parking in Genova. There is also family restaurant and you can always have nice tasty dinner from the owners) Breakfast is also nice and substantial. The deluxe room was normal in size with a very picturesque terrace. Heat/cool regulator operated well. Nice comfortable bed. There was a fridge in the room.

It was clean, the staff were really kind & friendly. The view and the big balcony which we could also have our breakfast in. The restaurant on terrace. The good water pressure in the shower.

“A bad place to get to”

The trip to the place is long and dangerous. The location on Google Maps appears 4 kilometers after the point, it took me almost an hour to find the place, poor breakfast

Wonderful view from the hotel. Nice terrace where you can have coffee or drinks. The room with good a/c was small but clean, nice bathroom. The staff couple was really friendly and the dinner was very good. We enjoyed the view the most.

Fantastic view. Lovely and quiet overlooking mountains and the sea. Very, very clean. Lovely friendly hardworking couple who run the hotel. Great for couples. We had an exciting night listening to the wild boar.
