“Wrong choice for us”

The host was really unkind to us. We had a dog with us, because Booking said they were allowed, but the host talked to us like we were children how we had to tell her we had a dog. While showering, I used the shampoo which I immediately regretted, because it smelled horrible. When I looked at the best before date, it turned out to be over a year and a half past its expiry date... Okay, can happen. When I asked for new shampoo, it was a problem because why was it bad that it was past its use-by date? We decided to stay only 1 night of the 2 because there was a really bad atmosphere. When we wanted to pay that was a problem. First the host had to leave and she wanted us to wait an hour for her. Then we were able to pay, but there turned out to be a malfunction on her devices, so the pin machine did not work. The host acted like this was all our fault and we should fix the problem? It's all very strange and I now understand why no one else was there.
