Staff is great - kind, efficient, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast is excellent, every morning they offered a different breakfast option, always delicious.

“10/10 stay at Cinnamon Bear!”

Cinnamon Bear was a lovely little place for a couple of nights in Sonoma! We stayed in The Cottage which was a separate little annex behind the main building, and it was so lovely! The staff were very friendly, breakfast included in the morning was delicious and the little wine reception in the evening was a great addition to an already delightful stay! Not a bad word to say about our stay - only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Excellent location to explore Sonoma / Napa and extremely good value with a freshly cooked breakfast as part of the package price and a glass of wine offered late afternoon. Staff are very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My only negatives would be that the bathroom in our room was rather ‘tired’ and parts of the exterior, around the garden areas and outside seating could also do with a bit of love.

The location was good and walkable into Sonoma. The outside area was nice. The wine reception was a nice touch but the woman hosting didn’t seem very keen and didn’t get involved/converse with any guests. It was unclear whether we could help ourselves to more wine or whether we were supposed to ask.

The included breakfast every morning was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Loved the outdoor spaces. Also, really lovely breakfast each day. Great location - easy walk down to the plaza. Staff were all wonderful.

Friendly staff, cute amenities, yummy breakfast - everything we needed!

Positives: • Very large suite (Ohana room), with a big sitting room and a good sized bedroom, with the bathroom off the bedroom. • The staff were very nice. • The very large bed was exceptionally comfortable. • The complimentary glass of wine each afternoon was a really nice touch. • Also it was excellent to have complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water 24/7, available next to reception. • Parking on site. • It was lovely to have an outside seating area by our room.

The Bed is very comfortable, the cottage was really cute. The Hotel is beautiful and the Service is so nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was a lovely touch and the breakfast was nice. The location is little too far to walk to dinner but fine if you're planning to use the car. The reception area's vey attractive and there was plenty of outside seating for good weather visits.
