The apartment is located very close to the sea, we counted 150 steps. The apartment has everything you need and even more. The terrace with incredible sunsets will make your dinners unforgettable. The owner Xisco was always in touch and prepared clear instructions to get to the apartment. I definitely recommend it!

Really easy and quick check in. Parking right next to the apartment. Sea and hill views but being one row back from the front it’s really peaceful and quiet. Fantastic size balcony and plenty of indoor space for everyone to have a comfortable stay.

We loved the property, it was spacious, comfortable, clean, we had everything we needed and the pool was really lovely especially with the designated sun beds. The area was perfect just a few minutes walk you had a lovely beach, great bars and restaurants (would recommend Stanley’s and Syrtaki) you were far enough away to enjoy peace when at the apartment and pool. We thank Xisco for all the recommendations as we used some of them, much easier than trying to research. Xisco and Laura were great hosts, checking we were okay and very easy to deal with. We would like to thank you both for making our family holiday perfect 😊 and hope to return one day.

“A perfect base for Cala Bona, and exploring the north-east of Mallorca”

This was an excellent apartment which provided an ideal base for our stay in Cala Bona. We were a family of 5, with 3 teenage / adult children; the apartment was very spacious, with 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a single room with an additional pull-out bed. The kitchen was clean, with all necessary utensils and equipment, kettle, toaster, microwave, and the washing machine was really useful through our stay. The balcony was big, with great views over the pool area and hills beyond the town; it was shaded during the day, which was perfect for us given the intense heat, and sunny in the evening, with a large table and 6 chairs, and clothes airer. The lift within the complex was helpful when carrying suitcases. The apartment is about 100m (2 minute walk) from the nearest beach, with loads of supermarkets, bars, restaurants a few minutes walk. The pool was a very good size, frequently empty, and the designated sun-loungers and parasol prevented the need to try and find loungers when we wanted time at the pool. The Balearics are extremely well-served by an excellent bus service, and there is no need to book expensive taxi transfers or even hire a car; there are two bus stops just round the corner from the apartment; one ('Platja de Cala Bona 2') for services going north of the apartment (Son Servera, Cala Ratjada, Capdepera, Arta), and the other ('Platja de Cala Bona 1') for services going south (Palma airport, Porto Cristo, Manacor) in the other direction. You can get the A42 bus from the airport to the 'Platja de Cala Bona 2' bus stop for about 8 euros each way, saving a fortune on private transfers (see the www.tib.org website for all the island's bus information). Communication with Xisco, the apartment owner, was superb before and during the stay, via Whatsapp and phone call if necessary, and he is on hand to help with anything during the stay. Highly recommended!

This property is ideally situated close to the seafront, shops and seafront restaurants and cafes. Although not facing the sea the living room and balcony overlook the pool and panoramic hills behind which the sun sets. The main bedroom is very comfortable, plenty of storage space, air con. unit and small TV. The 2 other bedrooms we did not use but are spacious with one with a small balcony where it is possible to see the sea and the sunrise. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer section. There is a large main bathroom and an adjacent shower room and plenty of hot water! There is one very welcome addition in the living room in the form of an excellent large modern TV and to cap it all almost every UK tv channel you could wish for. If you find stairs a problem, there is a lift which we found very useful with several large cases on arrival and leaving. We stayed at this property in winter for 5 weeks. Mallorca in winter during the day can be sunny and much warmer than UK. However, be aware that in winter the temperature drops dramatically from about 4pm and some mornings the temperature was hovering around 4/5C.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was well maintained with designated sunbeds. Close to the beach, shops and many bars and restaurants. Lovely walk along the sea front to Cala Millor. Good communication with the owner who kept in touch during our stay.
