“PERFECT!”

Perfect location.. upgraded to superior appartment on front. Everything in app you could need fully equipped.. 2 balconys. 10-15 min walk to beach.. access along boardwalks at 3 points which lead to 3 beach bar/restaurants on beach. Sunbeds rental at 20 euro for 2 if want. Clear sea but cannot really go out far as seems smooth rock formations.. so only to waist height for safety.. lifeguards present.. but safe for families.. petfect! Went October.. still restaurants/bar open.. few gift shops.. and 3 supermarkets although bit low on fresh produce. 2 bus stops so could get around island.. although check times.. might mean going into Alior or Mahon for change of bus. Cala Galdana a MUST.. easy bus ride.. absolutely beautiful. SON BOU is fairly small resort.. beautiful.. everything u need. Swimming pool on site too.. belongs to Pizzeria/bar.. was open but did not use to swim.. but ate. Another pool but was closed for season. Medical center 5 min walk. ALL IN ALL WONDERFUL.. especially out of season. Fantadtic for families with kiddies.

Perfect location, the beach is insanely beautiful, clear water and one of the few in Menorca where you could do a long walk in sand. The apartment is walking distance to a few restaurants, a couple of supermarkets (small touristic ones) and a great bakery, perfect for breakfast, staff super friendly. The apartment itself contains 2 small bedrooms, but it is enough for 2 couples, the kitchen contains everything you need and the bathroom is functional, with enough hot water for 4 quick showers. The pool looked great, but with that beach next to it we din't even tried it. Overall great experience and definetly would book again.

The apartment itself is nice, everything you need to use the kitchen and some cleaning supplies are provided which is thoughtful. The location is really good and Son Bou is beautiful. The resort is also really beautiful, and of course the nearby beach is stunning. Great laundry area and clothes hanging line as well as a big drying rack. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sunset and it was a perfect spot for sundowners. We were 4 adults and this stay was comfortable enough.

Pleasant location with a nearby beach and restaurants. Peaceful, except when a nearby bar ran a karaoke night one evening. Terrible singing.

Location was only a 10 min walk to beach or central restaurants .it was reasonable clean in majority of areas. Pool abd var towards the restaurant nice byt closed on a wed in June . Allowed an early entry .

“A calm villa in Son Bou”

It’s located in Son Bou. But the beach is more than 1km walk. Very calm place.

I would like to start my review with the last text that I received from the agency “ We appreciate it if you could leave the house as clean and tidy as possible with no rubbish inside, lock the door and leave the key in the box 😊”. When we arrived at the house we encountered many issues inside the house like the safe box without a key, the bathroom door was swollen and difficult to shut, the shower drain was blocked, mould inside the shower, dust and feathers on the floor and the chairs, small red ants walking around the kitchen sink, the headboard of the bed was broken and the bed springs on the mattress pushed out. The flat chosen on booking was completely different and one of the rooms with two twin beds was 3 m x 2 m, really tiny for two adults. We got all the details of the flat at 4 pm by message from now one who saw us personally. After complaining about the apartment we had a plumber/ handyman who came to fix the problems during our stay. What disappointed me was the approach of the person who was in contact with me. I will report some part of the text that I received “ These are our apartments and you booked the basic ones, not the Superior (more modern). Just to clarify.” “We upgraded you to an apartment with air conditioning. You booked an apartment with no air conditioning. This is slightly different inside, but also upstairs, sea view and next to the beach entrance.”. I will attach all the pictures to confirm what I am saying and I also have a few concerns: I booked a flat with an offer that I paid £1,073 instead of £1.187 for 5 nights and it was showing sea view and AC. Does the right to live in a comfortable and hygienic flat depend on the cost an individual is willing to spend? And if it depends on the cost, how much do we have to pay to have a safe and clean place?
