We thought we were going to be in a Room in the House, but we had a Fully Equipped Self Contained Apartment to ourselves, which was excellent. For any Parkrun Tourists this is the closest Accommodation and the only Pub in town is excellent as well.

The place reflects real country charm and is well-appointed. It is quite spacious. The owner, Chris, paints beautifully and several of his paintings are in the guesthouse. The location is great and the garden is pretty. We all enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is super spacious and very well equipped. Sophia is a gracious host who tends to details and lovingly prepares the visit with flowers, bedside sweets, tusks, fresh figs, water and even milk in the fridge. East Somerset is an interesting small town with beautiful extended neighborhood areas. The apartment is close to great hiking trails.
