The fire alarm was ringing when we arrived. No personal was available to attend to this issue. We had to figure it out ourselves. Clearly a false alarm but very annoying.

Information on Booking's page does not match the reality. There are problems with check in and also in communication with hotel. It is very difficult to get beforhand any confirmation of opening hours and checking in. Also it was not possible to get to the hotel in the late time (I was travelling with 3 kids and 2 seniors) and I had to pay for another hotel. Wolterdinger did not react to my cancellation request and charged total amount.

Unfortunately this place didn't meet our expectations. Despite numerous attempts, our requests were not met with care but with a deaf ears instead. This is simply disappointing that we didn't feel that we've been taken care of.

“Surprisingly comfortable and affordable stay”

We had a room for four, one super comfy double bed and two singles for the kids. Having driven all day and spent a few hours at the Designer Outlet in Soltau, this was the perfect location to spend the night before getting back on the road the following morning. The room was well insulated from the noise of the other rooms and parking was right outside the door. Hot and strong shower, carpeted room, all very quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at Wolterdinger Hof. The conditions were very comfortable, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I didn't like anything. The restaurant was closed at 9:20 Please note that the information sheet says that the restaurant is open from 8:00 to 10:00 am And It is enough that they treat me rudely When I made my reservation, I put a note that I will arrive at 23:00 to 00:00 When I arrived, there was no one to greet me and there was a paper that said login, call this number. So she called the number and answered a woman who only speaks German and did not understand Ali so she hung up the line. I was surprised by what she did so I called again and she turned off her phone completely. Then an employee from the hotel contacted me and he was writing in German And thank God that there is something called Google Translate It really saved me to be able to understand what is written 😅 This guy was making excuses for me. But because of my tiredness I went to sleep and I was disgusted from sleeping on the bed so I slept on the sofa. The next day the restaurant was closed and I couldn't find anyone in the reception room to check me out. So I wrote the last question to them and they replied to my message saying we apologize and know that we lack some things I replied that they should not receive customers if they are not ready And I will file a complaint to try to get my money back

Internet was terrible. Had to leave the hotel to access the Wi-Fi

“Couldn’t imagine to stay a night”

Didn’t even get in ! Looks like a dump from outside, scrap car in the driveway ; on a Friday evening not open, nobody to be seen; Looks so bad and run down we forfeited the €90 and went to Tütsberg Hotel a few miles up the road

Nice small family run hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Self service check-in.

Not high class but good value for money, Good breakfast for the price, nice rural location in a small village. Friendly staff, 24 hour check in possible.

Good for travelling through or adult pairs

Hotel was very good with telling us how to check in, providing clear instructions, however the staff member the following morning was demanding us for the payment for the pet policy but their card machine wasn't working. They had games room but that was closed. There were people talking very loudly until 11pm each night, Beds were comfy. WiFi didn't work anywhere on site, TV had no channels available. Parking was easy.
