Close to the autobahn, but far enough away to not hear the noise. Only there for one night (traveling through Germany). Nice dinner - fair prices. Breakfast was really good. I´ll use this hotel again if the occasion arises!!

Disappointed After Many Good Stays We’ve stayed at Hotel Landhaus Eden several times during our travels through Europe, and until now, it’s always been a reliable and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a major letdown. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving late, and they responded promptly, letting us know that they had prepared for our late arrival and that we could check in digitally. That part worked well — we arrived after a long 1200 km drive, tired and ready to rest, and all three of us were able to check in without issue. However, when we got to the room, it was only prepared for two people, despite the fact that we were three adults. There were no extra linens, towels, or bedding. We tried to find someone at the bar or get a contact number, but there was no staff available to help us. After a very uncomfortable night, I spoke with reception the next morning to explain what had happened. The response was disappointing: a simple “sorry,” followed by instructions to email the owner if I wanted to follow up. That’s not acceptable customer service. If a guest raises an issue directly with the hotel, it should be the hotel’s responsibility to follow up — not the guest’s job to chase down contact details and initiate further communication. This experience unfortunately reflects a lack of accountability and care. After being loyal guests, we’ve decided to book elsewhere in the future.

Close to the highway- beautiful building- extraordinary beautiful garden- very nice room - we really liked the food in the restaurant and the breakfast was great. We will be back -with our dog who was welcomed all over 😀

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rooms at the back are particularly quiet as well. Good parking, good access from the A7 motorway.

We have been visiting this hotel quite a few times now, alsways as part of a longer car journey through Europe. Closely located to the A7 motorway, this hotel is very suitable for a quiet, comfortable overnight stay. It has a good, reasonably priced restaurant and plenty of parking space.

“Self check in is not working”

The self-check-in system was out of order, and no one answered the emergency call. As a result, I couldn’t retrieve the key card after making the payment. I had to find another hotel and later return to request a refund.
