“Terrible and I advise booking some place else”

Nothing as they bumped me and two colleges, all three of us had no communication from them related to this, and it’s just as well I rang to inform them we had a delayed flight, and wouldn’t arrive till Circa 1.30am, at this stage they told me we didn’t have any rooms due to “a technical issue”. So we booked just before taking off with a much more reliable hotel chain. Thanks for nothing “Quality hotel”. And it’s a shame you don’t live up to your name.

I stayed at the Strawberry Hotel Arena in Solna for a business trip and had an overall good experience. My room was on one of the top floors, which offered a fantastic view. The room itself was quite basic, and the breakfast was also rather simple, but both were perfectly adequate. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location was good and conveniently situated next to a mall. The hotel also offers conference rooms, which was helpful for meetings.

The wall behind the bed was strange. It was not painted and had dirty patches all over it.

The hotel is at a nice location with easy access to station and mall area. Stayed for 3 night at a large family room for a single person due to lack of availability.

Staff were incredibly helpful with absolutely everything. The breakfast even contained a full allergy section which included gluten free options and dairy free options which I was very grateful for! Toilets were available on practically every floor, the lobby, the restaurant and the conference. There were games to play in the lobby too! We loved our room, it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, even though it was a room with no window we had a sky light!

This hotel was so good. I booked it again for a family member.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect. For a rainy day, it was nice that the shopping mall was just next to the hotel. Metro was nearby. The arena of course. The gym and playground was really nice. Would love to come back here. Kids love the room and their beds. And the big windows!
