The breakfast was really really good. The entrance of the hotel is very beautiful.

We got a family room that clearly needed maintenance. No glass door but the frame was still there, regular shower curtain had been added temporarily. Hairdryer holder missing. Dents on walls and doors. Extra bed wasn’t even made by staff. According to receptionist Scandic hotels apparently now decided to remove that service!!! And have the guest make it themselves, they also removed the phones, requiring the guest to use their own phone to call reception. Very noisy from train (public transport) passing by frequently. As a light sleeper def not appreciated! We are returning customers and have used this facility multiple times and years. This is our first time being very Very disappointed!!!

“Very disappointing stay, not worth the money”

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The entire place feels impersonal and overly standardized, with no real sense of hospitality. The staff were cold and distant, operating in a purely mechanical way, with no effort to provide meaningful assistance or useful information. Overall, it felt like guests were treated simply as transactions. The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator. When I asked about it, I was told that I had booked a “standard room”, which I find completely unacceptable. A refrigerator is not a luxury, but a basic necessity for storing food and keeping water fresh. My stay was during the winter, however it raises a serious question about how this is handled during the summer months when temperatures are high. How is a guest expected to store food or even keep water cool? In my case, I was forced to place food outside on the window handle just to keep it cold, which is simply unreasonable for accommodation of this level. Additionally, the room was cold and I had to go down to reception to request heating, as there was no phone in the room for direct communication. Having to go downstairs every time you need something is unacceptable. Cleanliness was below standard. You had to request cleaning in advance, otherwise it would not be done, despite what was advertised. Even when cleaning took place, it was superficial. Towels were changed, bins were emptied and the bed was made, but the room was not properly cleaned. I also found hair in the shower and visible mold in the bathroom, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the hotel gives the impression that guests are treated purely as a source of income rather than being genuinely welcomed. For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

Nothing, horrible service from both staff at scandic and Booking. Facilities described did not exist in reality. False marketing.

Everything. The staff were fantastic. We spent a lot of time playing table tennis and getting drinks. Great craic!

No parking is included

The Rooms we clean,Bathrooms and housekeeping was on point in cleaning our room...the arrangements for my baby was awesome.the front desk checked us in earlier than time with my baby she was so kind.the had a fridge to store our food at the front desk and the welcome was awesome. Breakfast staff we so kind, I can't remember his name one of the staff from Tanzania who worked Saturday and Sunday was so kind and so helpful during Breakfast,so friendly. The Breakfast itself was amazing can't complain about anything. The location is 2min walk into the shopping mall with everything and next to the subway.

The family room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the staff were so friendly!! They have a children's area and also a pool table and ping pong table for adults. The hotel is next to a shopping centre and train/bus station.
