Overview
Situated right opposite the ski bus stop, Residenz Theresa offers fully furnished apartments with balcony or terrace and a spa area. Söll’s town centre is just a 5-minute walk away. All rooms at Theresa Residenz are modern and spacious and they are equipped with cable TV and free wifi access. Each room includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. From their private balcony, guests can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps. Guests can have free access to the shared laundry and drying facilities in the house. The spa area includes a sauna, a herbal steam room, an infra-red cabin and a relaxation area. Guests can also relax at the outdoor garden. Salzburg Airport is just 80 km away and free private parking is available at the property. When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of 30 per dog, per stay applies ,but not allowed for the superior apartment and apartment with Mountain View.

We had a wonderful stay here, we had 3 apartments for a group of 10 people. Each apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need such as towels glasses etc. The sauna room is lovely and clean. We arrived earlier than check in and it was great to use the facilities while we waited and were then able to check in early which was great. It's only a few mins walk to the Spar and restaurants and 10 /15 mins walk to the button lift /our ski shop. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

“Fantastic spacious apartment in a lovely skiing village”
Clean and spacious, with great facilities. Was warm and in a quiet location so great for a restful nights sleep. Also very close to the ski bus stop, which takes 10 mins to get to the hexenwasser gondola. The host also resolved an issue with the room allocation to our satisfaction which was very much appreciated

Very well equipped and spacious apartment for four people. Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Good beds and very good facilities like the skidepot and even a large Sauna / wellness space.

It was a little strange never meeting the hosts in person but they couldn’t have been more helpful. The German rail strikes were on and they helped guide us via WhatsApp in the best routes to get from Munich. Very efficient, helpful and friendly!
