Overview
Set on an elevated location overlooking the impressive Wilder Kaiser Mountain panorama, this family-run guest house is only 10 walking minutes from the Söll centre, half-way between Kitzbühel and Kufstein. All of the rooms and apartments of Landhaus Elfi offer balconies with mountain views, cable TV in the living area and bathrooms. Some also have a kitchen area. Surrounded by a large garden, this guest house also provides a trampoline for children directly on site. Landhaus Elfi is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and Nordic Walking. The hosts are happy to accompany guests who want to explore the surrounding area for a hiking or biking tour. The Wilder Kaiser 18-hole golf course is 6 km away. The ski bus stops 100 metres away and takes 4 minutes to the ski area Söll – Wilder Kaiser. Also the cross-country skiing tracks are only 100 metres from the Landhaus Elfi.

Stayed in the one bed apartments with a little kitchenette and dining table which were great. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

“Feels very familiar, excellent hosts, and we will book again next year”
Lovely views of the mountains, warm, spacious rooms, balcony, plenty of hot water, strong shower, place to store boots, regular ski bus 40m away, welcoming and friendly hosts who remember us from previous year, helpful with local tourist information, calling taxis etc.

Our second visit to this property and absolutely loved it. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, the apartment is very comfortable and clean with great views of the mountains, the ski bus stop is near and walking to town only takes less than 10min which is perfect as we could enjoy nice scenery of the area. Highly recommend it!

“Excellent experience”
Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, warm and clean. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Our apartment had a view of the mountains which is stunning. The village is only about 10min walk away and there is a daily ski bus which stops only 2min walk away from the house (daytime hours). Highly recommend it and would certainly come back. Note for those who need wifi to work etc .. The wifi goes off between 10.30pm and 7am to help all residents to have a better quality sleep.
