Overview
Haus Dorothea offers self-catering accommodation in quiet surroundings on the edge of Söll next to the woods and just a 5-minute drive from the ski lifts of the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski Area. The ski bus stops right in front of the house. Haus Dorothea offers spacious apartments. They are individually equipped and come either with stove or oven, some feature a kitchen, wooden floor, seating area, garden view or mountain views. One bed room can be additionally booked and is simply furnished without TV, kitchen or balcony. It offers views of the Wilder Kaiser Mountain. Fresh bread rolls can be provided every morning on request. Free private parking is possible on site and you can store sports equipment in the basement equipped with a ski boot dryer. Haus Dorothea features a 3000-m² garden with barbecue facilities, a tree house, a pond with ducks and a hen house.

“Highly recommend”
Great place! Everything was spotless, and the host was wonderful and very welcoming. A big plus is the bus stop nearby with a ski shuttle that takes you straight to the slopes. Highly recommend! Hope we will see again one day. Danke, frau Dorothea.

Ms Dorothea is a lovely lady, very helpful from beginning of booking - helping before I even came. Lots of advice about local area and newsletter available in print or from landlady. Very clean and nice place, lots of board games for families with children. My room was the most picturesque room I've ever been too. Very comfortable bed in a big room. Bathroom was also spacious.

“Perfect for a stay in the mountains”
We stayed in the small room with two single beds. It had everything we needed during our stay, including a water cooker and a small table and chairs to sit down in the evenings. In the basement there’s a place to store your ski equipment and dry your boots when you get back from the slopes. Ski bus station just outside the house. The owner was super friendly and helpful!

Location was quiet. Outside the main town centre (15 min walk) but ski bus stopped right outside the door so at the gondola and on the slopes within 10 mins.

“Excellent spaceous appartment for a skiing holiday at Skiwelt”
Spaceous appartment. Main living room had a nice kitchen, dining table, seating area, tv in a large room. The bedroom was spaceous with cupboards. The bathroom with bath was nice! The toilet was a separate room which is also very good! The skibus stopped right outside the door several times a day. There was ski storage also. I was made very welcome.

A beautiful, perfectly-equipped apartment, the lady who owns the place is very kind and nice. There were a lot of prospects and leaflets available regarding the location, which we appreciated, there was no need to visit a tourist centre. Just a bit of a communication issue, as I don't speak much German and English wasn't very possible there, but that's no problem – anyway, my fault, I have to learn more German for next time! :-)
