We visited during May and had a great time at Lenny's apartment. The location was great because we could walk to the Hexenwasser Gondel or Take the bus (station right in front of the house) Furthermore the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It's a plus that there is a tree house for the kids to play at. Lenny is a great host, answering all your questions and giving you great advice in the area. Another advantage is that at this guesthouse they provide the Wilder Kaiser Gästekarte which gives you countless discounts in the Ski Welt region.

Location -> the skibus stop is right at door step. Skilift is less than 5 mins drive. City center/shopping is less than 5mins drive. Parking on-site. Facilities-> Ski equipment storage in basement - a major convenience. Decent apartment facilities. Feels like home. Host -> Amazing hosts. Accommodating, helpful and very supportive.

Perfect service and very helpful landlord. Nothing was a problem, possibility to rent skis for a very reasonable price, very close to slopes. Skibus 2-minute walk away.

Immaculately clean. Well furnished and kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Comfy bed and hot shower. Excellent location, only 4 mins on the ski bus to the main gondola lift. 15 min walk on a quiet well lit road to the centre of Soll and restaurants. We loved the peaceful location combined with an easy route to the slopes. Great hosts and regular communication after the initial booking.

Lenny was a lovely host. Beds comfy. Two bathrooms and bedrooms making it easy to travel with 4 people. Nice stroll to Söll and to lake.

The overall experience was great! The apartments have everything you need for your stay, were clean, well maintained and comfortable. The views from the balcony are amazing and fit the name. The host (Lenny) is really nice and knows a lot about the area. Besides he’s willing to help to make your stay even better!

Lenny was a perfect host. He's really committed and helpful, and you could ask him anything. The accommodation itself was spacious and had a fully equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the skibus to the Hexenwasser gondola jn Söll stopped right in front of the door. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Lenny!

The apartment was excellent, so clean and really well furnished to make it feel homely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and even had tea/coffee with a coffee machine to use. It’s really easy to access also with there being a ski bus which picks you up and drops you off right outside and it is a mere 5 mins drive to the gondola and town centre. The lounge area is well laid out with a nice sofa bed and ample seating space for chilling in the evenings. The smart TV was great since you could sign in to your own Netflix and Prime accounts! Lenny was a great host and a lovely guy, he was so helpful and went out of his way numerous times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

We're just back from a wonderful week at Bergview Haus is Soll. What a fantastic find it was, we'll definitely be back. Lenny and Julia were the perfect hosts and the apartment was fantastic, very spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Hohe Salve. It was a 10 minute walk into Soll which we did most days. We had a car for getting to the ski lift station but the ski bus stopped outside the apartment too. There's a boot room in the basement for secure ski and boot storage and a private car park.
