The apartment is quite comfortable and includes a parking space. There is also a pool, however, it was raining during our stay, so we were unable to use it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Ivana, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She provided us with numerous recommendations for places to visit. A mini supermarket is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the apartment, catering to all daily necessities. We express our gratitude to Ivana for her outstanding hospitality.

If you are lucky enough and this accommodation is available for your dates, book it immediately! Apartment is fully furnished and equipped to the smallest details. The host will take care of you from the first second you make a reservation! Ivana called immediately after we booked her place, said we can arrive any time suitable for us (although it was late and we wanted to have dinner in the restaurant), she recommended immediately where to dine and how to find her easily. Free parking in front of the house. Will definitely return to this accommodation. Best host and best price in Split!

“Short time in Split”
The place is fully furnished for a short stay and impeccably clean. The kitchen comes with all necessary appliances and the WiFi is consistently reliable. Overall, it is a great value for the quality and price. A warning, if you are thinking of using the swimming pool better contact the owner to know if it is in use or not since it is not clearly specified.

“Your best bet for your stay in Split on a family trip”
Villa Stivan is your best bet for accomodation in Split. We stayed here 4 nights and the price-quality was the best you could get for a family of 4. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing (especially in those hot summer days of August) and the appartments are comfortable. Our host made sure we had everything covered and checked periodically on us.

“Comfortable stay and a welcome splash in the pool”
The stay and apartment was better than expected. The rooms were clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed, including a coffee machine and a water boiler. The host was very kind and helped us with tips of the neighborhood. Last, but not least, was the excellent pool. We have enjoyed it a lot after a hot day in the city.
