Thou Walla Sunset Retreat offers luxury self-contained villas as well as glamping safari tents all offering views of the headland or water. Guests enjoy an outdoor swimming pool. This Thou Walla Sunset Retreat is only 10 minutes’ drive from Nelson Bay. Soldiers Point Bowling Club is a 15-minute walk away. Guests can enjoy a stroll around the adjacent Marina, which offers a variety of dining and takeaway options. All air-conditioned accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The glamping safari tents offer basic tea/coffee making facilities and private Eco-friendly amenities. All bed linen is provided. Free private parking is available for 1 car per booking. You can watch the sunset over the water from the comfort of your private villa or luxury tent. Thou Walla Sunset Retreat features an outdoor barbecue area and a guest laundry. The tour booking service can arrange local activities. A tennis court is available opposite the property for an additional charge. Guests can eat at the fine dining Point Restaurant or enjoy a casual meal at the Deck Restaurant. Boat hire, sailing lessons and a spa and wellness centre can be found opposite the property at the marina.

Great location, quiet area but still close to facilities (like supermarket, bottle shop, fast food) if needed. Cafes, restaurants on marina were a short walk away. Views from seaview spa villa were lovely. Pool and grounds looked clean and well maintained.

My son and I went for a relaxing weekend away to get out of the house and explore nature, and that's exactly what we got. Beautiful bush scenery in front of our cabin, ultimate privacy and we even met a friendly possum on our porch. Lovely welcome lady at the front desk and a quiet comfortable retreat for us always to remember.
