“Do not stay here! Rundown, unmaintained and filthy dirty!”
The view was awesome but had to look through filthy dirty, grimy windows that had super dusty fly screens. Walking distance to beach access but if you have a trailer for kayaks you can't park it on tiny piece of grass out the front because grumpy neighbours will tell you to move it because they park their two cars there and the driveway is too steep to reverse a trailer up into garage. The deck is run down with rat or possum faeces on it and the bbq was rusted out, the bar area had a film of grease all over it. Very disappointing!

The property was advertised with four Bedrooms and Air Conditioning. Upon arrival we found the place is full of cockroach in the kitchen. Door lock to the verandah did not open. The lock is Brocken not working. Air Conditionings not functioning. Forth Bed room was next to garage and there was no way knowing there was a room there. The fan on that room didn't work and due to heat we one could use the bed. It was very poor and did not provided what is was advertised for.
