“Dishonest and disappointing”
We had an extremely disappointing stay at Cafe & Hotel SokoLOVE. We booked and paid for an apartment with a bath, but were given a much smaller room without the promised amenities – and this happened twice in a row. To make matters worse, we didn’t even receive basic necessities like towels. One particularly frustrating experience was ordering fresh orange juice, only to be served cheap orange concentrate – charged at the price of freshly squeezed juice. This kind of dishonesty seemed to be a recurring theme during our stay.
