“Great vibe!”
We had a good two night stay here. The room was spacious for the two of us and it was nice to have a bedside light. The linen was crisp and white and the shower strong and hot. James was very welcoming and full of information and tips. We appreciated the communal area to hang out in and meet other people. There is also a hot and cold water bubbler in the lobby area. The location was great, too and it was quiet at night. We came here for hiking so the few stairs to the 2nd floor didn't bother us We never had breakfast as we headed out well before 8 in the mornings so can't comment on it.

“Great stay and location for visiting the National Park”
The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. James was super friendly and helpful with lots of information about the local area and visiting the National Park. Breakfast included was great and a nice little area at the front of the property. Would definitely recommend.

James was a great host and really helpful. The rooms were large and the location was great, near the bus terminal and easy to walk along the high street or to the beach. Was easy to get the bus or an uber into Seoraksan.

“Comfortable hostel”
We had a short but comfortable stay at the hostel. The owner was very welcoming and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The bed is pretty hard, but that was no problem for us.

Good location, walking distance to the beach and the site backs onto the main high street. Nice sized room, kitchen facilities available. Hot and cold water fountain available.

James was really nice. He gave explanations and recommendations on what to do. Good recommendations! He was really welcoming, the room was spacious, I had room for everything, it was clean and I was comfortable. The location is convenient because it is not far from walking around the city There is a bus directly to the national park 3 minutes away. And its 6 minutes walk to the local market with lots of food. I really enjoyed it, highly recommend

“Good place to stay”
James, the owner seems like a very genuine and helpful person. Very friendly. Property is close to the bus terminal and easy access to the national park. Huge food market close by. Breakfast is simple toast, jam, milk cereal and coffee/tea. Rooms are very clean and have showers, mini fridge, and a TV in them. Overall an excellent place to stay while in Sokcho.

Phenomenal Hostel. Host was superb, a savant of knowledge, will give you endless recommendations to make the most of your time in Sokcho. The hostel itself was super clean and secure, great location too.
