I recently made a booking online for a hotel that was supposed to be located in sohar and I traveled all the way from the UAE to Oman to stay at this property. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel does not exist at the provided location, and there is no hotel in the area. I have tried to find the correct location but with no success. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. I kindly request the management to urgently review the location details on your platform. Please update the hotel’s location and provide accurate directions for future guests.
