“Terrible experience”
Don’t recommend it! Very poor communication with the property, they practically don't respond to messages, rarely answer the phone and hang up. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, I had to wait 20 minutes in the rain and cold. The owner arrived, but instead of apologizing, he was very rude! I was supposed to have a room to myself with a shared bathroom. I contacted the hotel about this before to be sure and they replied that I would have a room to myself (the only message they responded to). It turned out it wasn't a room, but a studio with a shared living room. There were three guys there and the room smelled of alcohol. And it was dirty. With this situation and exceptionally unfriendly service, I didn't feel safe at all and I had to stay at another hotel. I really don't recommend this place, it was a terrible experience!

“Other places was full because of big sport event in Söderstälje, so I unded up here”
The room was small but clean. The place was easy to find and there was nice restaurants around.

a lot of value for money:-) rooms clean and beds are comfortable. it is simple but location and quality of the room very good. nice television with netflix etc. good kitchen facilities.

“An absolute nightmare I don’t want to experience ever again”
I was not able to check in to the property when l arrived at midnight despite numerous emails and calls in advance to the property, if it wasn’t for my taxi driver saving me and finding me alternative accommodation I’d have been homeless and alone in a city and country I had never been to before. I am so disgusted with this property, I didn’t even want to check in the next day when the hotel opened because I was so upset so I sought alternative accommodation for my time there, I would like a refund but probably won’t get one, so disgusted with this property
