It is very close to the old town, and it has private parking. In this area I consider it an advantage. The staff is friendly, and helpful.

“Excellent hotel for visiting Soave and its surroundings”
Excellent hotel situated in the front of ancient walls. Hotel and our apartment were very comfortable. Apartment was spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was also spacious with lots of towels. Apartment had a few small balconies with views of castle. Staff is always polite and welcoming. Breakfast is really delicious with diverse food offer. There is underground garage. Hotel offers excellent value for your money.

“Poop”
Most if the reception staff were surly. We handed in a non functioning kettle on our first morning. Not o y did they not replace it that morning, when we returned in the evening the same receptionist said he’d been ‘too busy’ to follow it up! The staff were also ‘too busy’ to service our room They did not inform us that our room would overlook the weekend festival with loud music until midnight.
