I made arrangements for a flight pick-up from the airport to Wildwood Snowmass, but no one was there to pick me up. I kept calling 970-923-8200, but no one answered. When I arrived at 10 PM, there was no one at reception, and I continued calling the phone number, but still received no answer. I decided to go to the hotel next door, and they were able to assist me. As for the room, it was dirty—used coffee pods, half-used shampoo on the floor in the shower, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I have photos of all of these issues.

“Rubbish”
Heating wasn't working. Reported to reception but nobody fixed it. Reception was unattended most of the time. The safe and the coffee maker in the room were useless as they were nowhere near a plug socket. The shower is set very low, if you are over 5 feet 6 you have to bend down to wash your hair. The room had an iron board, but no iron. Was very to happy to only have to spend one night there as was very happy to leave.

Well, it is off-season. It is very difficult to find a people in the counter. They are mostly in nearby hotels. It must be more lively now.
